Real-Time Corporate Insolvency Data for Credit & Risk Teams.

Automated monitoring of official German court filings for trade credit insurers, banks, and enterprise underwriting.

Traditional credit bureaus update insolvency records with a 48-to-72-hour delay. Dagyan processes statutory district court filings the moment they are published, classifying financial risk and routing actionable alerts directly to your team or ERP.

Built for Institutional Underwriting & Risk Management

Eliminate blind spots between judicial insolvency filings and credit exposure decisions.

Trade Credit Insurers

Automatically detect court-ordered asset freezes and preliminary administration across insured policy counterparties to suspend credit limits before losses accumulate.

Commercial Banks & Factoring

Verify corporate solvency prior to invoice purchasing or loan disbursement via sub-second REST API integration with SAP, Salesforce, and internal risk engines.

Distressed Debt & Restructuring

Identify corporate self-administration filings, appointed insolvency administrators, and distressed industrial assets on the day of court publication.

4-Tier Risk Classification & Action Framework

Calibrated on 395,108 historical cases, every filing is categorized into four clear operational actions.

Tier 1 • Critical Risk

Asset Freeze & Mass Insufficiency (§ 21, § 22, § 208 InsO)

Active court asset freeze injunction, preliminary administration, general prohibition of disposal, or statutory mass insufficiency. Action: Hold Deliveries.

Tier 2 • High Risk

Proceedings Officially Opened (§ 27, § 28 InsO)

Official opening of corporate insolvency proceedings and commencement of creditor claim registration deadlines. Action: File Creditor Claim.

Tier 3 • Moderate Risk

Remuneration, Lifted Freezes & Final Distribution

Administrator fee settlements, lifted protective measures, final distribution schedules (Schlussverteilung), or procedural updates. Action: Monitor Status.

Tier 4 • Terminal Risk

Dismissed or Terminated for Lack of Assets (§ 26, § 207, § 211 InsO)

Petition rejected mangels Masse or proceedings terminated due to total depletion of the insolvency estate. Action: Write Off Debt.

General Risk & Statutory Methodology Guide

How Dagyan translates German district court insolvency filings into deterministic financial risk tiers and department actions.

Why Statutory Filings Lead Traditional Credit Bureaus by 48–72 Hours

Corporate balance sheets and traditional credit scores are backward-looking indicators. When a commercial counterparty experiences acute liquidity distress, local German insolvency courts (Amtsgerichte) publish legally binding decrees immediately.

Dagyan ingests these court publications on Day 0, extracts statutory legal citations, and classifies the exact financial impact before multi-day batch bureaus update their records.

10-Day Rolling Window & 395,108-Case Training Baseline

To enforce strict GDPR data minimization and zero-egress security, Dagyan maintains a rolling 10-working-day vault window. While raw court notices are purged after 10 working days, our classification models are calibrated on an anonymized 10-year baseline of 395,108 historical cases.

Every filing is automatically classified as CORPORATE (recognizing 25+ legal structures including GmbH, AG, UG, KG, OHG, SE, GmbH & Co. KG, e.K.) or INDIVIDUAL (consumer proceedings under IK file numbers).

Risk Tier Statutory Court Trigger Financial & Operational Impact Recommended Action
CRITICAL § 21, § 22, § 208 InsO (Active Freeze / Mass Insufficiency) Court asset freeze injunction, disposal veto, or administrator declaration of insufficient mass. HOLD_DELIVERIES (Underwriting & Credit Control)
HIGH § 27, § 28 InsO (Formal Opening) Insolvency proceedings officially opened; operational control shifts to live case timeline. CLAIM_FILING (Legal & Claims Department)
MODERATE § 63 InsO / Lifted Orders / Final Distribution Administrator remuneration logs, lifted preliminary constraints, or final distribution schedules. MONITOR_STATUS (Risk Monitoring)
TERMINAL § 26 Abs. 1/2, § 207, § 211 InsO (Lack of Mass) Case definitively terminated or petition dismissed at entry gate due to asset depletion. WRITE_OFF (Accounting & Finance)

The 9-Step Context-Aware Risk Ladder

Rather than relying on simple keyword matching, our engine splits every court transcript into sentences, maps statutory citations to their local sentence context, and evaluates a strict 9-step priority ladder:

Step 1 — Administrator Fee Filter (MODERATE): Identifies remuneration notices (Vergütung / Festgesetzt) so routine trustee fee logs never trigger false-positive credit freezes.
Step 2 — Lifted Protective Measures (MODERATE): Detects when prior asset constraints (Sicherungsmaßnahmen) are officially lifted (Aufgehoben) without opening proceedings.
Step 3 — Sentence-Scoped Terminal Check (TERMINAL): Evaluates § 26 Abs. 1/2, § 207, and § 211 InsO within the local sentence to confirm dismissal or termination for lack of assets.
Step 4 — Terminal Depletion Check (TERMINAL): Captures proceedings rejected mangels Masse (insufficient estate assets to cover court costs).
Step 5 — Sentence-Scoped Critical Freeze (CRITICAL): Isolates active § 21, § 22, and § 208 InsO orders (preliminary asset freeze or mass insufficiency) where measures have not been lifted.
Step 6 — Critical Disposal Veto (CRITICAL): Captures general disposal prohibitions (Verfügungsverbot) and preliminary administration mandates.
Step 7 — Formal Insolvency Opening (HIGH): Identifies § 27 and § 28 InsO opening decrees (Eröffnungsbeschluss) where creditor claim filing deadlines begin.
Step 8 — Final Distribution Wrap-Up (MODERATE): Identifies closing distributions (Schlussverteilung / Schlusstermin).
Step 9 — Vector ML Baseline (MODERATE): Evaluates remaining procedural updates against our Random Forest vectorizer trained on 395,108 historical cases.

Visual UI & Risk Desk Operations Manual

Step-by-step operational guide showing how to navigate each component of the Risk Desk and Live Explorer.

1. Selecting a View in the Risk Desk (9 Categories)

Open the Risk Desk tab to choose from 9 structured views across three geographic levels: National Scope (all 16 states), Regional Scope (by Federal State), and Local Scope (by District Court), each available for All Filings, Corporate Solvency, or Consumer Liquidity.

How to use: Click any of the 9 cards. National cards open the Live Explorer immediately; State and District Court cards open a jurisdiction selector so you can isolate a specific state or local court.
STEP 1 • RISK DESK (9-CATEGORY MATRIX)

2. The 10-Working-Day Rolling Vault & Live Feed Lock

Dagyan enforces a strict 10-working-day rolling data retention window (no arbitrary historical date browsing). The newest file in the vault list (Index 0 on the left) is the Live Day-0 Risk Analysis Feed—this is the primary service unlocked by your Enterprise License. The previous 9 working days are open for evaluation.

How to use: Click any date chip in the horizontal bar (or use the 10-Day dropdown on the top right) to switch the entire map, KPI bar, and ledger to that publication date.
STEP 2 • 10-WORKING-DAY ROLLING VAULT BAR
🔒 LATEST LIVE VAULT Day 0 (Live Feed)

Retention Rule: Only the 10 most recent working days are retained in the vault.

3. Top Regional Concentration Map & Interactive KPI Bar

Positioned at the top of the Live Explorer, the Germany GeoChart shades Federal States by their High-Risk Ratio. Directly below the map, clicking any of the 6 KPI summary cards immediately filters the insolvency ledger to that specific risk tier.

How to use: Hover over any German state on the map to inspect its filing volume and risk ratio. Click Critical (Tier 1) or High (Tier 2) in the KPI bar to isolate urgent cases.
STEP 3 • TOP REGIONAL MAP & INTERACTIVE KPI CARDS

4. Portfolio Watchlist Scanner & Instant Text Classifier

Paste a comma-separated list of insured companies or suppliers into the Portfolio Watchlist Filter to isolate matching debtors in under 1ms. Next to it, paste any raw court notice into the Instant Text Classifier (/evaluate) to see our 9-step Risk Ladder classify it live.

How to use:
• Watchlist Filter: Type company names (e.g., Logistik, Hafenbau) and click Apply to filter the ledger to your insured portfolio.
• Instant Text Classifier: Paste raw German court text and click Analyze. The engine extracts statutory sections (e.g., §208Inso), assigns the risk tier, and outputs the exact department directive.
STEP 4 • WATCHLIST FILTER & INSTANT TEXT CLASSIFIER

5. PDF Audit Dossiers, CSV Exports & License Rolling

Click "View Audit Report" on any filing card to generate a timestamped PDF dossier for credit committee compliance. In the API & License tab, recurring monthly subscriptions automatically validate for the next cycle, while One-Time 4-Week Passes run for 20 German business days before automatically rolling the API key.

How to use: Click View Audit Report on any debtor card to preview and download its PDF dossier, or open API & License to copy or rotate your REST API key.
